ACTIVITIES
The
Braj Gopika Seva Mission and its parent organization Jagadguru
Kripalu Parishat carry out numerous beneficial activities of
social service and welfare:

Jagadguru
Kripalu Parishat runs two hospitals that are fully
furnished with modern medical equipments and qualified,
specialist doctors. One of them is located at Mangarh,
district Pratapgarh, U.P. and the other at Barsana, near
Vrindavan. Thousands of village folk obtain free of cost
treatment from these hospitals.

Jagadguru
Health Care Centre is run by Braj Gopika Seva Mission,
Tutumberpalli, Tangi (Khurda), Orissa. On an average,
about three thousand patients are given free medical
help every month. Medicines are dispensed free and
facility for free medical checkup is available to all.
Almost all the healthcare professionals extend their
services voluntarily because they also happen to be the
devoted members of our distinguished organization.

Under
the auspices of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, regular
eye-camps are organized on a monthly basis by highly
qualified Eye-specialists. Besides medicines, spectacles
are freely dispensed to the poor and the needy. |

All
the units of Braj Gopika Seva Mission across the
country regularly organize Blood- Donation camps
in their respective cities on specified occasions
every year.

Braj
Gopika Seva Mission and its devoted
volunteers are always at the forefront of
relief work, whenever a natural disaster
or a calamity strikes the country. The
Super Cyclone in Orissa (1999), the
Earthquake in Bhuj (2001), the Earthquake
at Latur are only some of the numerous
disasters that saw our members liberally
donate money and material and our
volunteers offer physical help of all
kinds to the calamity-stricken people.

The
Mission also helps to create awareness regarding
conservation of environment, rainwater harvesting and
the vital importance of tree planting.

And
last but not the least, regular programmes of distributing
utility articles such as utensils, clothes, blankets and the
like among the needy and the poor are also arranged frequently
at the Ashram.
